Welcome to Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia and now Kalifornia, Amerika…the land of no privacy, growing police state and threats of jail time if you don’t rat out your patients.
Love your country, fear your government.
I already believe that some “mental health professionals” have gone over to the prison industry… now there is a bill that, if passed, would make every one of them (and some other professions) all part of it. People who need therapy will have to start receiving it from their dog groomer! Police state, police state, police state!!!
If the governor doesn’t veto this bill, then he could give a damn about the welfare of the people. I think it pretty safe to assume he’s already imbibed in too much of the kool-aid offered by well monied groups like the California Correctional Peace officers Association and their very own victims rights group, Crime victims United. If he can not or will not see the harm to people seeking help and the way this bill would turn some professions into nothing more than a farce, he needs to be voted out of office.
So if the therapist tell what the patient say’s then why would the patient and/or patients tell anything to anyone, that just blows everything out of the water, just stupid.
